Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is proud to present at this year's World Baseball Coaches' Convention. Founded on the campus of Stanford University 20 years ago, PCA is a national non-profit and national Partner of Major League baseball, that believes in the power of sports and is dedicated to the mission of developing Better Athletes, Better People. PCA serves over 3,500 college, high school, and youth sports organizations nationwide through live and online research-driven workshops on the latest and best practices in sports psychology.
Presenting as the trainer at this year's workshop will be Chris Fay, a trainer in is New England Chapter. In addition to presenting and working with baseball programs across the region, Chris also writes a monthly column for the New England Baseball Journal. Prior to joining PCA, Chris managed a large indoor baseball and softball training center for 10 years. During this time, Chris worked with players of all ages, coaches, league directors, and youth sports organizations helping them achieve positive, character-building experiences through sports. As a player, Chris played college baseball at Gettysburg College and served as a coach at Newbury College in Brookline, MA under Head Coach Greg Sullivan. Chris resides in Wayland, MA where he is a commissioner and coaching director for the town's baseball program. Chris has three children whom he hopes will share his lifelong love of sports.
