7We are getting ready to welcome friends old and new to the 2026 Mohegan Sun World Baseball Coaches’ Convention (WBCC), January 14 - 16 at the Mohegan Sun Expo Center, located at the spectacular Mohegan Sun Resort Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut! Click HERE to register for the 2027 Convention.
Other Info & Updates
ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR, as part of your registration, attendees will receive complimentary on-demand access to session videos shortly after the Convention concludes. As we did last year: we are providing LIFETIME access to the 2027 Convention videos to attendees (previously year-long access). This Convention initiative multiplies your learning opportunities as it allows you to view sessions happening concurrent to the session you attended at the clinic.
Convention Registration Refunds: Coaches who change their mind and choose not to attend the Convention, can receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee if they cancel their registration by December 1, 2026 (please contact our clinic office via email at info@BaseballCoachesClinic.com to request your refund). Please note, that even if you choose not to attend the clinic but did not cancel your registration, your initial registration will provide access to complimentary on-demand video of 2027 clinic sessions.
Convention Cancellation Refunds: If we cannot hold a Convention and cannot provide on-demand video sessions, we will refund your entire registration fee minus the credit card merchant percentage rate fee.
Hotel Partner Reservation Cancellations: Please review and understand the cancellation policies and dates for our hotel partners when making your reservation. You need to contact these hotels directly with changes as the Convention does not have responsibility or control over room reservations or cancellations.
We encourage you to be aware of cancellation and refund policies for all non-World Baseball Coaches’ Convention services such as airline flights, rental cars, etc. as we cannot help with any changes on these fronts.
We are so excited to have coaches gather and connect at the 2027 Mohegan Sun World Baseball Coaches’ Convention. We are so fortunate to partner with an incredible property, the Mohegan Sun, and look forward to seeing everyone in January 14 - 16, 2027.
All Registrants Receive Free Access to Clinic Session Videos
Included as part of your registration, attendees will receive complimentary on-demand access to session videos shortly after the Convention concludes. 2027 Coach Registration Information, Pricing & Deadlines
- Our SUPER EARLY coach pre-registration rate is only $169 per coach (the SAME as last year! Yes, you read that right.) if you register by September 30, 2026.
- For EARLY registrations from October 1 through October 31, 2026, the coach registration rate is $179.
- For NOVEMBER registrations from November 1 through November 30, 2026, the coach registration rate is $189.
- From REGULAR registrations from December 1, 2026 through January 7, 2027, the coach registration rate is $199.
- The At-The-Door registration rate is $229.
- Student/players are ONLY $49.

- All registration types INCLUDE FREE LIFETIME* POST-EVENT ACCESS TO THE 2027 CLINIC SESSION VIDEOS.
- Hotel reservations and costs are NOT included in your registration.
All attendees will be required to provide their personal contact information. If you are purchasing multiple tickets for your coaching staff, team or club, please provide each registrant's contact information - a unique email is critical - for each registrant so they will receive all the relevant pre-event communications and following the event they will need a unique email to access our sessions videos.
Please note that each registrant will receive a confirmation email confirming registration and available for use as proof for school or club reimbursement.
Group rates - see the "Info/FAQs" page of the website for details - do not apply at the door.
The event charges a small service fee to cover a portion of the cost of our registration system and credit card usage fees at the time of registration check-out.

2027 Group Discounts for 3- 5, 6 - 9, and 10+ Coaches - Bring Your Entire Staff!
Teams or clubs* who register 3 - 5 coaches receive the group rate of $159 per coach for each registration (a SAVINGS of up to $60 off); who register 6 - 9 coaches receive the group rate of $149 per coach for each registration (a SAVINGS of up to $70 off); and who register 10+ coaches received the group rate of $139 per coach for each registration (a SAVINGS of up to $80 off). All group registrations must be completed and paid for prior to December 30, 2026. Please email the clinic at info@BaseballCoachesClinic.com and we will provide you with a special group savings promo code. Please note that groups can only be from the same team, same high school or from the same club. Player registrations can count toward group numbers.
All attendees will be required to provide their personal contact information. If you are purchasing multiple tickets for your coaching staff, team or club, please provide unique contact information for each registrant so they will receive individualized login access to our session videos post-event.
*Group discount is intended for coaching staffs from a specific school or club and does not apply to three coaches from separate schools that form a group. Thank you for understanding.

Exhibitor booth rates and a general Exhibitor Information Packet as produced by our expo services provider - Demers Expo - are available on the Exhibitor page. 2027 Convention Hotel Partners Offering Special Discounts
9Special hotel rates for the 2027 Mohegan Sun World Baseball Coaches' Convention are available at the on-site Mohegan Sun Hotel and the nearby Holiday Inn - Norwich and Fairfield Inn & Suites. The event offers a range of special lodging rates, ranging from $109 - $354 per night. We encourage you to make your reservations early as these room blocks will sell out and are offered on a space available basis.

2027 Sessions, Times & Presenters Subject to Change
Please see the Event Schedule page on our website for a detailed 2026 Event Schedule which will give you a good idea of timing and volume of sessions for 2027 (once 2027 Event Schedule is complete we will post it on website). Please note the session topics, times and presenters are subject to change.
2027 Cancellation/Refund Policy

This event will take place regardless of weather conditions, pandemic or health challenges, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances. Should we be unable to hold an in-person event, we will deliver content via an online platform or virtual resource. The World Baseball Coaches’ Convention will make every effort to provide attendees with comparable value. The definition of a “comparable value” will be at the discretion of the event. Please understand that many of our costs are upfront expenses/investments that are not refundable or recoupable to us if we cannot hold an in-person event.
2027 Convention Cancellation Refunds
If we cannot hold a Convention and cannot provide on-demand video sessions, we will refund your entire registration fee minus the credit card merchant percentage rate fee.
2027 Convention Registration Waiver
Please note waiver of liability/indemnification language (see below) when completing your online registration.
In conjunction with my attending the the World Baseball & Softball Coaches’ Convention, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the World Baseball & Softball Coaches’ Convention, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY CHECKING THE ABOVE BOX, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
